Andromedan Antemedi and Arksar

Robert: Whilst the Andromedans do use language in addition to telepathy these particular words are the representation of tones or vibrations associated with meanings. Sensing the tone and vibrations not unlike the use of ‘ohm’ as a vibration in mediations. As humans when we communicate or use our psychic interpretations we convert vibrational information into our own language because we ‘think in our language’. In essence the meaning is:

Antemedi: This message is for anyone that wishes to reinforce its power within the collective consciousness. You are all aware of an underlying sense of inevitable change and you have a desire to be involved in helping earth and its inhabitants. We have already explained how you and many others are having night time visits.
Yet to say ‘night time’ is to cause a little confusion – The awareness of what you do is the when. It means you have already done it at a higher dimension of yourself before the lower earthly body realises it. Realisation is as soon as the ‘when’ becomes the focus of your earth awareness.
The point about these different awareness’s is – who do you consider yourself to be? The experiential human – the creative higher dimensional being – both or more?
We are very clear, firm and unequivocal in in our message that Creative Energy Is The Key To Change Not Experiential Outcomes. We are saying that ‘doing doesn’t necessarily change things’. For you this seems not only contrary to your experience but completely at odds with your reality where actions create results.
For most of you the experiential is the definitive nature of the universe and the resultant. The universe is a series of resultants in pulse. Even our books dictated to Robert could be interpreted that way because of your perspective fixed in existing constructs.
Constant resultants or experiences are but one side of the storey. Source energy expresses itself through fluctuating information fields (which you refer to as universal consciousness). This creates holograms of different dimensions or vibrations which you call your reality – experience or outcome. These vibrations are incredibly fast bursts ‘existing and not existing’ to comply with the paradox of origin. They appear to you and your life as a constant. However, these outcomes or constants can be changed by altering the information. We previously explained how we change the information of your atmosphere when our craft enter it. In this way there is no friction or sonic booms because the atmosphere doesn’t exist in the space occupied by our craft.
Changing information is the key to transformation – you can create new programs in the etheric fields.
The conflicts you hear about between the populous and the regressives (with their humanoid puppets) are carried out in these etheric levels. You just see the outcomes in your world and believe that’s the cutting edge of the fight.
Robert: Thank you I am beginning to appreciate the full importance of what you have been saying. My earthly focus had been on results or how I could influence the results by using other results. Using the same bricks from the old house may build a different one but it has the same attributes. This is a major break through in my understanding – the enormous power that we have as creative beings – is planet changing. Thought creates reality not the other way around. I know this has been said by many before but it is ‘going beyond believing it to that’s the way it just is’ – that has made the difference. To live as creators without human doubts.

Then let us be creative and use our minds. Bring into focus the energy of mind that infuses with the brain, all the cells of the body and beyond. The whole ensemble is energy and information.
Now create in your mind an old-fashioned transmitter dial with white markings around its perimeter. Turn the knob clockwise – increment by increment and as we do so my head begins to ache. After a short moment a sense of peacefulness comes as my increasing vibration leaves behind more human constructs – more constraints.
The following day I meet Arksar – he is part of my soul and someone I know well from other meetings and previous lifetimes. In a joking manner he says.
“An interesting way to tune into higher vibration – creatively ‘tuning in’ with a transmitter/receiver dial. These are quite magical times so, it’s time to make magic and use magic.”
The vision of the same dial is turned up and I’m on the edge of losing my human consciousness. It’s a wave that goes high. I relax and other waves take me higher and higher. I put up with the aches in my head while I enjoy the energetic tingles in my body. Arksar’s energy enters me and his hand moves my mind and pen.
“All has come to be – you may not experience the fullness of it yet but it has come to be for it has been created. You now understand what we mean by created. There are big changes in the ways you all think – Changes in the ways you create on etheric levels be it human desire, meditation or by your higher light bodies.
We consider that you are extensions of us and in this way, we can offer guidance for your reprograming. It is only your sense of self that inhibits your full perception of the greater reality of your full self. Yes, we can show you what has changed within the etheric realms to make the outcomes inevitable. This could be seen as cause and effect but it’s also energy expressed through altered information.
Disconnect yourself from the noise of the world around you – the news, the struggles, the changes and challenges these are only the appearance of temporary outcomes.
Live in the world where the outcomes are your created reality. That created reality already exists on higher dimensions and the more you tune into it the more it becomes the reality of your world.
Whilst we will show more ways to create in the information fields – the full acceptance of what you can do there is a major breakthrough.
